HelpDesk is an internal-use database dedicated to resolving development requests submitted by LIFT team members.
Please submit your questions or development requests under ‘My Tickets’. The LIFT development team will fulfill the request as soon as they are able. If you (LIFTer or Developer) have any questions, please ask! This tool is designed to help LIFT and the development team communicate seamlessly. Helpdesk provides a clear visualization of workflow with Open Tickets, Awaiting Response, and Closed Tickets.
